What it does: This device is a natural lung expansion and mucus clearance device and has the potential to help slow down the progression and improve respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, etc.

How it works: This device is quick and easy to use, only needing up to 5 minutes, 1-2 times a day. It assists in improving lung capacity by conditioning the lungs, helping to loosen mucus build-up and assisting to open up semi-closed airways. When you exhale (breathe out) through the AirPhysio, your breath moves the steel ball inside.

 Average Lung Capacity 

The AirPhysio Average Lung Capacity Device is designed for most teenagers and adults looking to improve their day-to-day breathing and support better lung hygiene. It may help manage symptoms of conditions like asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, and cystic fibrosis, as well as aid in general respiratory wellness and lung function.

This device features a medium resistance setting, ideal for individuals with mild respiratory conditions or those with a reasonable level of fitness. Unless you have a severe lung condition or very low lung capacity, this is the recommended AirPhysio model for ongoing respiratory support.

Low Lung Capacity 

The AirPhysio Low Lung Capacity Device is designed for people with low lung capacity to assist in the management of asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and/or recovery of colds and flu. This version is also suitable for individuals with low lung capacity secondary to advanced age, respiratory muscle weakness or severe respiratory conditions.

The Low Lung device comes with two resistance settings:

  1. Average Lung Capacity Ball Bearing– Medium resistance for people with reasonable fitness or who have mild lung conditions like asthma, or COPD.
  2. Low Lung Capacity Ball Bearing– Low resistance for people with severe respiratory conditions who have a low lung capacity

The ball bearings are interchangeable in the device, so you can choose which ball bearing suits your lung capacity.
